About Lynx Loler Services

We are a professional ‘lifting equipment and lifting accessory’ inspection and thorough examination company based in the North West of England.  Our engineers are highly trained and have many years experience working within the engineering sector.

Our aim is to provide efficient, statutory compliance, as detailed within the LOLER 98 regulations and our engineers qualify to act as the impartial ‘Competent Person’ as required by those regulations.

We understand the pressures brought to each company when trying to comply with an ever-growing list of H&S requirements and can assist in providing a friendly, competent and efficient service.

Additionally, we can also provide bespoke Health and Safety advice and support as required.

Who we are

We have over 20 years of general engineering and maintenance experience and additionally, have specialised in the maintenance, inspection, examination and testing of all fixed and loose lifting equipment for a further 20 years.  Coupled with our qualifications, this makes us an ideal company to ensure all your lifting equipment is not only inspected and examined regularly but is also safe from defect and catastrophic failure.

Lifting Equipment Engineer/Inspector
Rob is an indentured time-served, multi-skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician with over 40 years of mechanical engineering experience, 22 years specialising in the maintenance, inspection and testing of lifting equipment. He has earned numerous qualifications to sit alongside the experience and knowledge gained and is classed as ‘Competent’ in the inspection and thorough examination of lifting equipment as detailed in the ‘Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations’ ACoP (paragraph 296).
